We are including two full kidney pieces to allow a near universal fit without major modifications. This suit will be suitable for basic and level 3 501st approval when PROPERLY finished. We believe it is more accurate than the CRL standard.
**Model building skills and painting are required for this project. You will need to trim (unless you decide to add on the trim pack), sand, assemble, strap, and paint.**

Imperial Royal Guard helmet kit
2mm vacuum formed ABS plastic
Raw kit requires edge trimming, assembly, filling, and paint.
Fully finished, the above is done and painted with 2k urethane primer, black basecoat, and single stage urethane automotive paint. Eye lens installed.

That's the purpose of it. This is not saying it will be approved out of the box. There may be minor fit and tweaking to do before approval.

The base armor is made from:
2mm vacuum formed ABS plastic with some urethane resin, rubber details, and resin 3D printed rectangle back detail.
Helmet (this is an add-on NOT INCLUDED)
Roto-cast resin with 3 LED lights installed.
Helmet is 3D designed by NerdForgeDesigns. Mold and casting work done by us. Helmet fits up to 25" circumference.
⭐⭐⭐The armor is finished and painted with automotive paint. This DOES NOT mean the paint job is perfect, but it sure looks FANTASTIC and is some seriously durable paint! We do not paint with spray paint. The kit IS weathered as it is supposed to be. ⭐⭐⭐

Model pictured above is 6'2" tall, 205lbs.
DT armor is almost a universal fit. The abdomen is not enclosed. The chest/back have no issues fitting a size 48-52 jacket. We can fit these to most sizes without any issues. It was designed "tall", but we can cut it down to fit as small as 5'5".
Essentially wearable out of the box. Will require you to do final fitting, minor adjustments, and padding for comfort. You may need to add a little velcro on the thighs during adjustments and permanently connect the shoulder/shoulder bell/bicep as they are connected with velcro for adjustment.
We do update parts as needed throughout the year. Your suit may not look like the pictures, but updates mean better! We do our best to edit pictures when we get new ones.

We get a lot of people who have issues assembling their armor whatever it may be. Thankfully, we're pretty well experienced at building our armor.
By offering our armor this way, we will be saving tons of time and frustration. The armor is ready for paint and final assembly i.e. belt fitting, abdomen over the shoulder straps, velcro and strapping for the shoulder bell and bicep connections, and padding of calves and forearms if needed.
Measurements will be required for the abdomen and chest mostly. Our armor does well for a very general fit, but we may need to add extensions for the abdomen. We will also need to know of any unruly measurements. Specifically if you're heavyset, short, a power lifter, etc.... Our base armor will fit a wide variety of body types and sizes. The ectomorph body type works best. We design our armor TALL. Front measurement of calf from bottom to top is 17". Stomach measurements we are comfortable with up to 58" circumference. Chest/jacket sizes from 42 to 54. You may have to make modifications before painting for proper fit to your body.
Armor is made from BLACK 2mm ABS plastic, urethane rubber straps, urethane resin details and new fiberglass rectangle back detail.
Armor meets 501st spec when finished and painted.

Stop struggling with shears and Dremels that crack your material. We’ve done the hard part for you. These lenses are precision-cut on our laser for clean, sealed edges that are ready to install.
Made from high-quality 1/16 Polycarbonate that we have tinted in 3 different colors (more colors to come at a later time as well as more sizes), this material is superior to standard acrylic. It is shatter-resistant and—crucially for bucket builders—heat-formable. You can gently heat (these are tinted and you do not want to melt the tinting) this lens to curve it perfectly to the inside of your helmet without it snapping.

Mandalorian Mercs builds (Check your CRLs, but this is a standard base!)
Most custom 3D printed helmets
Replacing flimsy stock visors
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED (Read this, nerf herders):
The Helmet: You get the plastic piece for your eyes. You do not get the bucket.
Beskar: This is polycarbonate. It will stop a bug at 60mph, but it will not stop a blaster bolt.
Installation: I cut it; you glue it.
Din Djarin: He is busy (so is Boba-Fett, we asked).
Fun Fact:
Did you know - The original Boba Fett helmet used in The Empire Strikes Back didn't actually have a T-visor lens that you could see through clearly. Jeremy Bulloch (the actor) often complained he couldn't see a thing! In some close-ups, you can actually see the actor's eyes through the visor if the lighting hits it wrong. We promise ours offer much better visibility than 1980s prop tech.
