This is looking like our final run.
We are almost completely out of both black and white ABS sheet. We will be ordering one more round of black ABS — enough to produce roughly 30 full sets of armor. After that, production will stop.
We are now actively looking for a buyer for the vacuum forming machine, rotocast machine, and all associated molds. We don’t have a hard price set, but we’re in the ballpark of a new 2026 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew 4x4 without a bunch of extras. No, we’re not asking to trade for one. That’s the range we’re pursuing. Email us and we can talk.
Mike is getting older and more broken down, and we never found anyone to take over the vacuum-forming side of the business. It’s time to pass the torch.
We’re pivoting the company. We are now a licensed FFL Type 7 / SOT and are shifting our focus in that direction (along with the apparel and printing side of the business). It’s simply a better fit for where we are right now.
One last run. Once these 30 sets are gone, they’re gone. All current open orders will still be fulfilled as normal. We only have a small amount of white left. They are being dedicated to the adult ANH TK armor. We can only afford to bring in one color.

We are including two full kidney pieces to allow a near universal fit without major modifications. This suit will be suitable for basic and level 3 501st approval when PROPERLY finished. We believe it is more accurate than the CRL standard.

DT armor is almost a universal fit. The abdomen is not enclosed. The chest/back have no issues fitting a size 48-52 jacket. We can fit these to most sizes without any issues. It was designed "tall", but we can cut it down to fit as small as 5'5".
Essentially wearable out of the box. Will require you to do final fitting, minor adjustments, and padding for comfort. You may need to add a little velcro on the thighs during adjustments and permanently connect the shoulder/shoulder bell/bicep as they are connected with velcro for adjustment.

We get a lot of people who have issues assembling their armor whatever it may be. Thankfully, we're pretty well experienced at building our armor.
By offering our armor this way, we will be saving tons of time and frustration. The armor is ready for paint and final assembly i.e. belt fitting, abdomen over the shoulder straps, velcro and strapping for the shoulder bell and bicep connections, and padding of calves and forearms if needed.
Measurements will be required for the abdomen and chest mostly. Our armor does well for a very general fit, but we may need to add extensions for the abdomen. We will also need to know of any unruly measurements. Specifically if you're heavyset, short, a power lifter, etc.... Our base armor will fit a wide variety of body types and sizes. The ectomorph body type works best. We design our armor TALL. Front measurement of calf from bottom to top is 17". Stomach measurements we are comfortable with up to 58" circumference. Chest/jacket sizes from 42 to 54. You may have to make modifications before painting for proper fit to your body.
